Another gated community within Westchase, both Harbor Links and Harbor Links Estates are considered two of the most exclusive gated Westchase home neighborhoods and for those that can afford the ultimate of grace, privacy and expansion. All of these Executive style homes sit either on Florida conservation lots, back up to the Westchase Golf Course or offer the serenity of one of Westchase’s beautiful conservation pond lots. Harbor Links' and Harbor Estates' 200 homes were built in the late 1990's and priced between $500,000 to $700,000. The Westchase Wycliff community of homes is snuggled in between Westchase Bennington to the north and Westchase Woodbay to the south. Homes are priced around $300,000 and provide 3 and 4 bedrooms with around 2200 sq ft. Located right across from the Westchase Golf Club on Countryway Blvd, this small enclave of 32 single story homes represents the average price and size of homes in Westchase.
The Westchase Glencliff community offers 48 maintenance-free 2 to 4 bedroom homes located next to Glencliff Park where Westchase residents enjoy ball playing, nature walking, picnics and a boardwalk. Westchase Glencliff is a neighborhood of quiet, luxurious living, where homes enjoy conservation views, golf course frontage or gorgeous park scenery. Homes average 2000 sq ft and sell for $200,000 and $250,000.
The Westchase Glenfield community of about 100 homes nestled between Westchase Keswick Forest and Westchase Bennington off Countryway Blvd, average 1700 sq ft with 3 bedroom and 2 baths and are almost all 1 story homes. They average about $225,000 in price.
The Westchase Keswick Forest neighborhood, located just west of Linebaugh and Countryway offers larger homes averaging 2000 to 3000 sq ft with mostly 4 bedrooms 3 baths, and are all 1-story homes. Prices are around $300,000 for the 69 homes in the community and many include pools. Kewsick Forest backs up to one of the pretty lakes in Westchase on the west side. All sorts of wildlife can be seen, including alligators once in awhile.
The Westchase Radcliffe community is positioned on the north side of Linebaugh, west of the Westchase West Park Village Town Center and within walking distance to the local area Publix grocery store and other convenient Westchase community amenities. Westchase Radcliffe provides about 160 homes to residents averaging $450,000. These large homes built in the mid 90's average 3000 sq ft and sit on lots around 8000 to 10,000 sq ft. As you enter the neighborhood, you eye a lovely pond and walking bridge and later tall pines that line the street in preparation to the impressive homes.
The Westchase Bennington and Woodbay communities of over 275 homes range from 1600 sq ft to 2600 sq ft with the larger ones having at least 4 bedrooms and pools. Bennington’s entrance is to the north and Woodbay’s entrance is to the south and they both connect in the middle with Westchase Wycliff community sandwiched in the center of the horseshoe formation. The Bennington community is especially known for its friendly neighborhood events during the year including block parties and more. Located on the southwestern tip of Westchase, both of these communities provide plenty of choices for families. They have a wide range of pricing from $200,000 to $400,000.
