Two of the gated Westchase neighborhoods that offer maintenance-free living are The Vineyards of Westchase and The Enclave of Westchase where residents forego the responsibility of yard maintenance and personal pool, like the security of a gated community and like to know they are preserving the environment by living on smaller lots—called zero-lot line homes, and yet they still like the privacy of a single family home.
