South Seminole Heights is located in the southwestern edge of the Seminole Heights district and just to the north of Riverside Heights. It is a Tampa neighborhood of many beautiful trees and includes a cobblestone street. Much of the riverfront in South Seminole Heights is public parkland (River Crest Park) and the jewel of the neighborhood. With about 1200 bungalows on oak-lined streets, you will find many large homes on the river as well.
