What started from a stop on the railroad line in the early 1900’s, Lutz (Lootsz)Florida, in many areas, continues its small town heritage and reputation with its winding roads, rural atmosphere, friendly residents, and privately owned family businesses. If you want to live in the country where you can slumber under or climb big oak trees, you may find Lutz Florida to be the place for you. No matter how much new development goes up in parts of it or all around it with fancy deed restrictive subdivisions, huge parts of Lutz, particularly the eastern side remain just like it was in the good ole days and thats exactly how its residents plan to keep it.

All total there are about 20,000 residents that call Lutz home. Lutz  has tons of fresh water lakes and ponds, agriculture land used for grazing cattle and horses and even a few smaller citrus groves, mixed in with its subdivisions, parks, schools, churches and businesses. Lutz Florida also has quick area navigation via I-275, I-75, and State Road 589 (the Suncoast Parkway/ Veterans Expressway) which makes reaching the city of Tampa, the beaches of Pinellas county or I-4 to the Disney theme parks of Orlando a snap.

Call us
to take you around the gorgeous untouched lakes surrounded by tall trees where all kinds of wildlife can be seen and heard. We can stroll around and let you talk to some of the fine neighbors that will eagerly tell you they never want to leave. Come see their lovingly cared for homes that are either surrounded by grand oaks and /or face one of the pretty quiet lakes. You just might lose yourself here and also enjoy the notion that big city Tampa and all its suburbs with modern conveniences are just a short drive away. Lutz Tampa Bay is an ideal place to buy a home for people who want the proximity to bustling Tampa Bay without the traffic and heavy population density.
